1. Obtain my real estate license- not done with it quite yet, but I finished taking my two courses and passed both of those tests! :) So now I just need to sit for the state exam! eeks!

28. Go out for a girl’s night once a month (5/24)- went to the Britney Spears concert! :) tee hee hee!

77. Try 15 restaurants I have never tried before (one every other month) (30/15)


  • Estia: very good greek food in a very romantic setting
  • XIX: this was a very pretty restaurant, but I felt like it was just expensive to be expensive.

79. See 101 new movies (26/101)


  • stardust: kind of like "shrek" in that it is kind of a kids movie, but then has a lot of adult humor.
  • Baby Mama: eh, it was ok. Took place in Philly though! :)
  • Wolverine: boo!!!!!!!!!!! I had such high hopes for this movie because I love wolverine and Hugh Jackman, but.......... yeah......... it was kind of cheesy and disappointing.
  • Hitch: humorous.

49. Go to a farmers market three times (4/3)- went to the Reading Terminal Market with Matthew! I bought bok choy, cheeses and tried a fresh pretzel. :) Yum, yum! I finally made a bok choy dish that was good too!! (see #80)

50. Support local artists/musicians three times (2/3)- this one is a few weeks overdue, but I forgot to mention....... I went to the piano bar to listen to some local people play. It was a neat place with great atmosphere.

- Devil's Alley
- Ruths Chris Steakhouse- clearly this wasn't for me! haha. Happy birthday to my lovey Matthew! :)

79. See 101 new movies (22/101)
- Elizabeth and the golden age- gotta say....... this one was kind of a snore fest. I kept expecting it to heat up.......and it didn't. The poor virgin queen only got a kiss from her hottie love interest.

80. Try 30 new recipes (once a month) (5/30)
-buffalo chicken nachos: yum yum!!
-baby bok choy with cashews (veggie friends- you need to try this!!): super yum! I have tried only once before to make the bok choy, but it failed miserably...... this time, great success!!! :-D

84. Take Jin to the dog park 30 times (once a month) (4/30)
Jin-jin had a lovely "date" with his mommy and daddy at the Schuylkill river park. It was such a hot day, but a lot of fun to be able to go and watch the dogs play. :) Then he got to walk around center city and check out potential new houses. What a fun day!

98. Buy myself a piece of jewelry
Turned my old ring into a beautiful necklace! :) yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

18. Visit family 15 times (7/15)

went to visit my seeeeeeeeeeester in NYC! :) It was really hot that night! We had so much fun doing our usual seester things...... like facebook stalk, eat pizza and lay around in our PJs. :-p



28. Go out for a girl’s night once a month (4/24)- bachelorette party for Chelsea in NYC and then night out after Chelsea's wedding with the girls! :)

Tried Tinto and From the boot! :) Tinto was most delicious! (Tapas!) From the boot is Italian that has been recommended to us for a long time, and I have to say it was a little disappointing.... boo! Good, but not as amazing as all made it out to be!

  • The Ugly Truth- hahahaha! so fun!

A little love from the fam! :)

1. Obtain my real estate license- still not done, but half way through the first course!!! :) It's tough, but very interesting! I'm learning a lot and can't wait to get my license!!


18. Visit family 15 times (6/15)- Family came to visit this past weekend. Mom, Dad, Marissa and even my Aunt Mariko from Tokyo! We went to the beach where we met my friends and we also did dim sum in Chinatown! Sooooooooooo yummy!!!




28. Go out for a girl’s night once a month (2/24) - out with Maria and Emily! We went to Public house, Lowies and Vango. It's pretty dead in the city these days though.... people going to the shore! But of course with it being US, we had a great time. :)




32. Do 5 "tourist-y"/cultural things in my city (6/5)- as mentioned before...... went to Dim Sum! yum, yum!! :) tee hee hee!




67. Lose 10 lbs (8/10)- FINALLY lost another lb! Thanks to the Sei Tai diet, I'll be there in no time! I'm hard core like that. :-p

  • Alma de cuba- Sooooooo yummy! And such a cool restaurant! I got really yummy scallops

  • Imperial Inn for Dim Sum!

  • The Crab house at the shore

79. See 101 new movies (19/101)

  • Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince- apparently according to my HP source, it would have been better had I have read the book. :-p

89. Take a hot bath 30 times (once a month) (3/30)


91. See an acupuncturist- Just went in for session #3! Seems to be working with the pain, but still needs to help with the swelling. This week I had over 25 needles in! eeks!!
